SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING MANAGER
My name is Gabrielle Mendez, and I’m SO excited to be a part of the EventsbytheCea team! I was never that kid that always knew what they wanted to be when they grew up, so I ended up just deciding to see where life would take me. Fortunately, I fell into the hands of Christina at EventsbytheCea, and have been SHINING ever since! Who knew that my obsession with “Say Yes to the Dress” would foreshadow my career in the wedding and events planning industry?
My role, specifically, is the Social Media and Marketing Manager for the company! With a degree in English from the University of Santa Barbara, along with running the social media for a family owned historical house, my background fits the perfect mold here!
If you were to ask me what my FAVORITE part of my job is, it would have to be the relationships I get to create with both clients AND other creatives! Working with people makes my heart the happiest, especially being able to create their visions and to celebrate the milestones in their lives!
But in all seriousness, from styled shoots, to company outreach, and running the social media, to making a client’s vision come to life, this IS my dream job!
